About the Role:
Brilliant Dom Company Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Motorbike Sales Representative to join our team in Nairobi. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a good understanding of the local market to drive our motorbike sales and contribute to our growing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively seek out and engage potential customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop a strong understanding of the Nairobi trade landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications:
A valid Kenyan driving license is mandatory.
A valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
Proven sales experience is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of general trade and market dynamics within Nairobi.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-oriented.
