CAP YEI seeks an experienced consultant/firm to conduct a Tracer Study of CHF-supported graduates (2021–2025) across Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale, and Nyandarua.

The study will:

  • Assess post-training outcomes – employment, self-employment, further studies, and inactive youth.
  • Measure job quality, entrepreneurship performance, and gender/inclusion dynamics.
  • Provide evidence for program improvement, curriculum accreditation, and policy engagement at the county and national levels.
  • Serve as the Basic Needs Assessment for TVET accreditation of CAP YEI's dual-sector (Hospitality & Agribusiness) training model.

Qualifications Required:

Proven expertise in tracer studies, youth employment, TVET, or livelihoods evaluations

Strong mixed-methods research capacity (quantitative & qualitative)

Familiarity with Kenya's labor market and youth entrepreneurship landscape

Knowledge of TVET accreditation processes (TVETA/CDACC)

Experience in safeguarding, ethics, and data protection compliance
