Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Sales Representative - Diabetes, Kenya. The Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the diabetes sector. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, providing product demonstrations, and meeting sales targets. The role involves working closely with healthcare professionals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including experience in virtual sales and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the diabetes healthcare sector and related products
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software for sales and customer engagement
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare,
    science or an equivalent qualification

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Calls:
    Initiate targeted outbound calls to attract new clients and explore sales prospects within the diabetes care market.
  • Product Advocacy:
    Clearly explain the features, benefits, and competitive strengths of the assigned pharmaceutical products.
  • Sales Goals:
    Consistently meet or surpass sales targets by converting prospects into customers while maintaining strong engagement.
  • Relationship Building:
    Develop and sustain positive, long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and responsive communication.
  • In-Depth Product Understanding:
    Acquire comprehensive knowledge about the assigned diabetes products, including their mechanisms, applications, and market positioning.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Keep abreast of current industry trends, competitor movements, and market developments to spot opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Record Keeping:
    Accurately document all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stakeholder Managment:
    Work closely with internal teams as well as external AWDs and Client POCs to enhance sales performance and execute promotional strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Follow all applicable industry standards, company procedures, and ethical practices during sales operations.
