We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
ICT Technical & Procurement Associate
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on ICT support experience and strong procurement capabilities to ensure seamless delivery of ICT solutions to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support, including troubleshooting enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, and computer hardware.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment and networks for internal and client environments.
  • Source, evaluate, and procure ICT hardware, software, and services based on client specifications.
  • Compare quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and ensure cost-efficient procurement.
  • Onboard new vendors and conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial number tracking, supplier details, and customer mapping.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and warranty compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on ICT support experience.
  • Practical experience with enterprise switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Competency in computer repair, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • At least one networking certification, preferably Cisco (CCNA).
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and document control (an added advantage).

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good knowledge of ICT hardware brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and inventory management abilities.
  • Effective communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
