About the Role

Bakyson is a leading ICT/ELV systems integrator operating across Africa, delivering

world-class technology infrastructure to hotels, real estate developments, corporates,

healthcare facilities, and education institutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate with solid experience in B2B

infrastructure sales, ideally in ICT, ELV, networking, security systems, or related

technical solutions. This role is perfect for someone who understands solution selling,

enjoys building strong client relationships, and is eager to grow in a fast-scaling

regional company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured
  • pipeline management and proactive deal progression.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads across hospitality, real estate, corporate,
  • healthcare, and education sectors.
  • Build and manage strong long-term client relationships with decision-makers:
  • developers, contractors, consultants, hotel operators, and procurement teams.
  • Understand client needs and confidently recommend the right ICT/ELV infrastructure solutions, including: CCTV & Surveillance, HSIA / Wi-Fi Systems, IPTV / MATV, Access Control & Biometrics, Fire Alarm & EVAC
  • Structured Cabling & Network Infrastructure
  • IP Telephony, BMS/GRMS, and related subsystems
  • Collaborate closely with Presales/Technical Teams to develop proposals, BOQs, and solution designs.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM pipeline (Zoho/HubSpot) with proper forecasting.
  • Conduct client presentations, site visits, solution demos, and attend relevant industry events.
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence to help refine product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, ICT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience specifically in technology or infrastructure solutions, such as ICT/ELV systems, networking, security systems, structured cabling, or related technical environments.
  • Strong ability to understand and communicate infrastructure solutions (training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot) is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, site inspections, and regional assignments.
