Position Overview:

We're currently seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and Excel-savvy Inventory Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for numbers, love working with data, and want to be part of a dynamic retail environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular stock analysis to ensure inventory accuracy across branches
  • Assist in product coding, classification, and system updates
  • Manage and track interbranch stock transfers, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances
  • Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records in Excel and internal systems

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a
    MUST
    including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, and reporting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, stock control, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
