We are seeking a results-driven and user-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of core products at You will work cross-functionally to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions that address real-world logistics and operational challenges faced by businesses across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate has experience building mass-market digital products, a strong grasp of CRM systems, and deep empathy for end-users in sectors such as retail, wholesale, and manufacturing. This role combines strategic thinking, execution, user research, and design sensitivity to deliver impactful and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to launch impactful features

  • Conduct customer discovery and user research to deeply understand user pain points and opportunities

  • Write detailed and actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

  • Work closely with designers to ensure the product is intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent

  • Track product metrics and feedback to drive ongoing iteration and improvement

  • Use Jira and related tools to manage sprints, product backlog, and cross-functional execution

  • Align stakeholders across departments and keep teams informed of progress, changes, and priorities

  • Deliver high-quality products on time and within scope

Skills, Experience, and Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B, B2B2C SaaS, logistics, or enterprise platforms

  • Proven success in building and launching widely-used digital products

  • Experience working with users in retail, wholesale, or manufacturing sectors

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and workflows related to customer engagement and management

  • Strong documentation skills, especially in writing clear and comprehensive PRDs

  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar product/project management tools

  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and a basic understanding of design tools like Figma or Sketch

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Exposure to Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools or sales enablement platforms

  • Experience working in or building for logistics, supply chain, or field operations

  • Familiarity with launching products in mobile-first or emerging market contexts

  • Practical understanding of agile development methodologies and product discovery best practices
