Trainee for the first 2 months, followed by full-time employment based on individual performance

Position Overview
We are urgently hiring dynamic, motivated, and result-driven individuals for the role of
Sales Executive
and
Sales Support Executive
. Selected candidates will undergo a structured
2-month training program
, followed by placement based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and leads in English/Nepali (both verbal and written).
  • Conduct lead follow-ups and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records using computer systems (CRM, Excel/Sheets).
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle work pressure and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the team and provide daily progress updates.
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Education: Minimum +2 passed; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
Training Phase (2 Months):

  • Stipend: NPR 30,000 per month
  • Structured training sessions, field exposure & mentoring

Post-Training Placement (Based On Performance)

  • Sales Support Executive: NPR 25,000 + performance-based incentives
  • Sales Executive: NPR 25,000 or NPR 30,000 + performance-based incentives
