- Conduct snagging, punch listing, and coordinating rectification works prior to handover.
4. Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on daily progress, material usage, workforce productivity, and equipment performance.
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on milestone achievements, potential risks, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain up-to-date site documentation including inspection reports, delivery notes, approvals, and work permits.
5. Resource & Cost Management
- Optimize resource usage (labor, materials, tools) to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and verify quantity and quality upon receipt.

- Serve as the key site liaison for consultants, client representatives, authorities, and internal teams.
- Facilitate and document site meetings, inspections, and coordination reviews with relevant parties.
- Manage expectations of clients and consultants on-site regarding deliverables, timelines, and constraints.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
