Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage client accounts, develop strong relationships with clients, and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, identifying business opportunities, overseeing project timelines, and delivering favorable outcomes. The Account Manager will also track key performance indicators and collaborate closely with customers to promote trust and the growth of long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Client and account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Project management, organizational, and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and understanding KPIs to track and evaluate account performance.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address client concerns and provide practical solutions.
  • Relevant experience in account management or a related role, preferably in a client-facing capacity or B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
