Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and developing comprehensive sales strategies. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and effectively communicating Motif Interior Designs' unique offerings to potential clients. Additional responsibilities may include preparing proposals, attending industry events, and ensuring all client needs are met to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Familiarity with the interior design or construction industry is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Experience with project management and leadership is a plus
