Job Title: Business Development Intern
Job Summary

The Business Development Intern will drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients, closing deals, and executing strategies that align with the company's goals.

Roles & Responsibilities (Tasks)

  1. Closing deals:

  2. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into customers.

  3. Network with potential clients and partners to build relationships.
  4. Preparing, submitting and following up on tender documents.

  5. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:

  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  7. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet them.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and support.

  9. Implementing Business Strategies:

  10. Implement strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

  11. Negotiate contracts and deals.

  12. Collaboration and Communication:

  13. Present business proposals and pitches to potential clients.

  14. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  15. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, to achieve company goals.

Qualifications (Education & Work experience)

  • A degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 3 months of experience in formal employment.

Skills

  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients.
  • Customer Service:
    Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving:
    Identify and resolve challenges that arise during the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in the products and services offered by our company.
  • Organisation: Maintain organised records, follow up on leads, and manage projects effectively.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the business aspects of interior design and sales.
