    Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (local time)
  • Operations:
    Monday to Saturday, 4:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. (2 days off: Sunday + 1 weekday)

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals with solid experience in
customer service via phone calls
, ideally in
BPO or Call Center environments
, who have supported consumers, distributors, or installers. This role requires a strong command of English and the ability to communicate professionally across
phone, chat, and email
.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 6 to 12 months of experience in
    Customer Service
    (BPO or Call Center)
  • Advanced English
    (spoken and written)
  • Strong tech skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to explain complex processes clearly over the phone
  • Skilled in identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions

  • Handle inbound calls related to tire orders and product inquiries
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers and distributors
  • Switch between communication channels (phone, chat, email) as needed
