Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (local time) - Operations:
Monday to Saturday, 4:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. (2 days off: Sunday + 1 weekday)

Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals with solid experience in
customer service via phone calls
, ideally in
BPO or Call Center environments
, who have supported consumers, distributors, or installers. This role requires a strong command of English and the ability to communicate professionally across
phone, chat, and email
.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6 to 12 months of experience in
Customer Service
(BPO or Call Center) - Advanced English
(spoken and written) - Strong tech skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to explain complex processes clearly over the phone
- Skilled in identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions

- Handle inbound calls related to tire orders and product inquiries
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers and distributors
- Switch between communication channels (phone, chat, email) as needed
