Sales and Marketing Specialist- Mombasa

· Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new business and expand market share within the shipping and logistics sector.
· Actively promote Aquantuo's comprehensive suite of services, emphasizing the company's unique offerings.
· Collaborate closely with various business units, including Ecommerce, Fulfillment, Freight, to align sales efforts with the company's overarching objectives and ensure seamless service delivery.
· Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for business growth and develop tailored sales pitches and presentations accordingly.
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline, diligently following up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into satisfied clients.
· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
· Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotations in response to RFQs, bids, and tenders, highlighting Aquantuo's competitive advantages and value proposition.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate Aquantuo's value proposition and drive lead generation and conversion.
· Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market trends, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
· At least 3 years of success in sales roles, preferably within logistics or related industries.
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, or business-related field preferred.
· Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to leverage various channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
· Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
