Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to oversee the marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL), and digital marketing channels to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth objectives for both entities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the business goals and target audience of the companies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Above-the-Line (ATL) Marketing:
Plan and execute ATL marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, print media, radio spots, and outdoor advertising, to increase brand visibility and reach.
Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to develop compelling marketing collateral and advertisements that resonate with the target audience.
Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing:
Coordinate BTL marketing efforts, such as events, sponsorships, and promotional activities, to engage with target customers and drive brand engagement for the companies.
Organize and participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads within the legal community.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies to expand online presence and drive website traffic, leads, and conversions.
Campaign Management and Analytics:
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, refine targeting, and allocate resources effectively to maximize results and achieve business objectives.
Brand Management:
Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints for the companies, ensuring alignment with brand values and positioning.
Develop and implement brand awareness initiatives, including influencer partnerships, brand ambassador programs, and sponsorships, to enhance brand reputation and equity.
Skill & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for different audiences and channels.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
