Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with MD: Set organizational vision, operations strategy, and revenue goals.
  • Translate strategy: Implement goal setting, performance management, and operations planning.
  • Identify opportunities: Conduct market research and analysis for business growth.
  • Improve sales revenue: Monitor progress, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Present business proposals: Pitch ideas and strategies to management.
  • Analyze KPIs: Evaluate business development effectiveness.
  • Oversee operations: Ensure efficient employee productivity and culture.
