This is an exciting opportunity to join Smart Sales as a Sales Performance Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business. Your key responsibilities will include researching and identifying potential leads, establishing contact with decision-makers, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions. You will also be required to negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients, and gain familiarity with multiple industries and stay updated on sales trends and innovative products for our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar role, 2-3 years corporate & B2B sales experience especially in technology sales, bulk SMS sales, relevant degree or diploma, experience in business development with financial sectors, intuitive and insightful, ability to generate revenue, great networking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Suite, proficiency in CRM usage, resourceful with outstanding research skills, and possess strong hard and soft skills including Research skills, Prospecting and qualifying leads, Pipeline management, and others.

Responsibilities

  • Meet established company sales targets.
  • Research and identify potential leads within target industries and organizations to contribute to our pipeline.
  • Establish rapport and build relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
  • Qualify these leads by uncovering customer pain points and effectively communicating how our solutions can address their needs.
  • Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients.
  • Gain familiarity with multiple industries, and stay updated on sales trends and innovative products for our clients.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process.
