Responsibilities:
Answering phones and responding to emails
Provide administrative support to the director and management including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate meetings and events, including making reservations and arranging logistics.
Driving, picking and dropping off Directors and other errands. Top of Form
Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:
Relevant bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant.
Must have minimum 1-year sales experience.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have excellent organization and planning skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.
Must be a self driven and an ambitious person.
