JOB SUMMARY

Qualification, Experienced and Skills: · Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Management, or related field.· Proven corporate experience as aPersonal Assistant or in a similar role.· Excellent organizational skills, adeptat prioritizing tasks efficiently, strong written and verbal communicationskills, proficiency in MS Office suite. · Ability to work independently and aspart of a team with minimal supervision.· Discretion and confidentiality inhandling sensitive information.· Flexible approach to adapt to shiftingpriorities and deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage CEO and Chairman's schedules,appointments, and correspondence.· Coordinate travel logistics, includingflights, accommodations, and visas.· Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes,and track action items.· Assist in creating presentations,reports, and other meeting documents.· Conduct research to supportdecision-making processes.· Handle expense reports and financialdocuments in collaboration with finance.· Maintain confidentiality andprofessionalism with sensitive information.· Liaise with internal and externalstakeholders on behalf of the executives.Perform generaladministrative tasks, such as filing and organizing supplies
