EXPECTATIONS IN THIS POSITION:
- Conduct in-depth market research, assess market potential, and identify promising leads
- Lead sales initiatives in South Africa, driving the market introduction and expansion of our products
- Proactively reach out to new prospects using diverse communication channels such as cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Develop commercial proposals and secure contracts to meet sales objectives
- Demonstrate and articulate product value to potential customers
- Cultivate enduring relationships with both new and existing clients through regular interactions and visits
- Represent Teltonika and its solutions at exhibitions and meetings
- Collaborate with technical support teams and product specialists to address customer needs
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential for this role as the primary language of operation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Telematics sales or proven success in B2C sales with tracking solutions
- Results-oriented, organized, and driven by challenges
- Demonstrated ambition to expand local B2B opportunities with our innovative offerings
- Possess at least a National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Strong critical thinking skills, coupled with a thirst for personal and professional development
- Ability to tackle obstacles with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Exposure to launching new products in the market
- Interest in or knowledge of the Telematics/Tracking Industry
