Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract new users to our Tengeneza na Somo Production space
Assist in managing client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing product and service information.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital and print marketing campaigns to promote our space, sevices, and attract new customers

Tract and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
Experience in sales and marketing roles preferably within the manufacturing or production industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
proactive and self motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work indipendengtly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
