Media Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales goals by negotiating with prospective clients and preparing sales reports.
- Prospect, cold-call, and cold-email potential clients to develop business relationships and maintain client records.
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Sell advertising products and generate leads through social media and networking.
- Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, and collaborate with team members to achieve results.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales, with a focus on online advertising sales.
- Strong cold sales skills, understanding of sales techniques, and ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, goal-driven, and ability to learn quickly.
