Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in identifying new business opportunities, establishing client relationships, and contributing to our company's growth. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, problem-solving, and possess a deep passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our SaaS products.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on sales activities.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and share insights with the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related field.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development.
  • Exceptional fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems.
  • Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work in shifts to cover different time zones.
  • Must have access to uninterrupted high-speed internet.
  • Must have a reliable, up-to-date computer or laptop.
