Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations such as quality control, stock taking, cleaning quality, conducting regular inspections and audits and monitor feedback.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of short-term rental coordinators and specialists.
Collaborate with the Long-Term Rentals Team Lead on property expansion strategies and execute the acquisition strategy.
Ensure listing optimization and monitor listing quality and optimize occupancy rates through effective listing management.

Work closely with the listing manager to implement pricing strategies, manage financial transactions and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.

Ensure overall client satisfaction across short-term rental units with the relevant teams.
Maintain the overall branding and marketing strategy planning, social media scheduling and branding strategies

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in property management, project management hospitality, or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, innovative, driven and solution oriented.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g, Airbnb, ) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of property management is an added advantage.
