Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of collateral documentation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for scanning all incoming perfected securities and Vehicle and Asset Finance (VAF) documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in maintaining a reliable online database of collateral records.

Requirements
  • Type of Qualification: First Degree
    Experience Required: 1-2 years
    Skills and Experience:

We are looking for an individual with experience in Records Management, preferably in banking, particularly in relation to collateral documentation and its administration. A strong understanding of various types of bank securities is essential.
