Job Summary

To effectively assume full responsibility and accountability for the risk governance framework, including administration of risk governance documents, fulfilling a risk governance advisory service, providing assurance on the effectiveness of the risk governance architecture, and assisting in board interaction on risk governance matters.

About This Role

This role involves leading the development and delivery of high-quality risk reporting materials, including executive and board-level risk packs. The successful candidate will synthesize complex risk data into concise, actionable insights tailored for senior leadership and board audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant risk information and ensure alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.

Requirements
  • In-depth exposure and understanding of business and risk management strategies, governance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience in preparing and presenting executive and board-level risk reports, dashboards, and packs
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills
  • Strong understanding of governance structures and board reporting protocols in regulated environments
  • 8-10 years of experience in risk management and governance
