Job Title: Legal Advisor

This role offers a challenging opportunity to leverage deep technical legal knowledge and offer sound recommendations to the legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet delegated legal objectives through effective case planning, legal research, document drafting, and analysis.
  • Deliver high-quality advisory services to business units, contributing to the proactive identification and mitigation of legal risks.
Requirements:
  • First Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Law (KSL).
  • Duly Admitted Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
  • Active member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
Experience:

At least 5-7 years of experience in case planning, development and management, legal research, drafting and analysing legal documents.

  • Proven experience in corporate law, financial & banking regulations, contract negotiation, litigation management, risk assessment and structuring and execution of transactions.
