As a member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the learner experience by providing consistent engagement, guidance and support while collaborating with the wider team to ensure program success. This is an in-person position requiring 40 hours of work per week.

This role plays a critical part in supporting learners throughout their educational journey from enrollment to graduation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills that help engage and motivate learners, as well as an analytical mindset to track learner progress, interpret data and share valuable insights to improve learner outcomes.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to support learners as they progress through our programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely support and guidance to learners throughout their program journey
  • Assisting with onboarding activities to help learners start their courses successfully
  • Tracking learner progress, identifying challenges and proactively offering solutions
  • Supporting data collection and reporting on learner milestones and program outcomes
  • Facilitating communications and engagement campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with mentors, program managers and other stakeholders to coordinate learner support
  • Assisting with organizing learning events, webinars or workshops to drive community engagement

To be successful in this role, you should have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with common digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom is also required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom
  • Data analysis skills to interpret learner attendance and progress reports
