
Conference Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Conference Manager to manage events, including corporate meetings, weddings, conferences, and special occasions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinated and executed a range of events
- Liaised with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budget
- Sourced and negotiated with vendors
- Created detailed event proposals and timelines
- Managed event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and client satisfaction
- Prepared timely reports
- Engaged in all events promotional and marketing efforts
- Secured sponsorships and developed revenue-generating ideas
- Maintained partnerships with vendors and oversaw event setup, execution, and closure
A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is required, as well as at least 4 years of relevant experience and certifications in event planning or related fields.
