Aminika Manpower ltd is seeking a highly skilled Executive Sales Professional to join our team. As an Executive Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the outdoor advertising market. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and conducting presentations and meetings to promote our advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- ">Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
">o Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the outdoor advertising market.
">o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, agencies, and brands.
">o Conduct presentations and meetings to promote our advertising solutions.
">
">o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of sales.
">o Create and implement strategies to grow the client base, focusing on both high-value accounts and untapped markets.
">o Develop customized advertising proposals and negotiate terms and contracts with clients.
">Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
">o Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the outdoor advertising sector.
">o Provide market insights to help shape our offerings and create competitive pricing models.
">Collaboration & Reporting:
">o Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
">o Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to the Head of Sales.
">Brand Advocacy & Networking:
">o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to establish brand presence and build business relationships.
">o Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with client needs and expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Experience:
">o Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales,
">o A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
">Skills:
">o Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
">o Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to different audiences.
">o Good understanding of the Kenyan outdoor advertising landscape, media trends, and key players.
">o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
">Education:
">o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
">Personal Attributes:
">o Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-sufficient with the ability to work independently.
">o Strong organizational and time management skills.
