About the Job:

Aminika Manpower ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new sales opportunities and the maintenance of existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new business opportunities within the outdoor advertising market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, agencies, and brands.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and meetings to promote our advertising solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base, focusing on both high-value accounts and untapped markets.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in outdoor advertising or media sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to different audiences.
  • Good understanding of the Kenyan outdoor advertising landscape, media trends, and key players.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
