
Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
o Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the outdoor
advertising market.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in
businesses, agencies, and brands.
o Conduct presentations and meetings to promote our advertising solutions.
• Sales & Revenue Generation:
o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of
sales.
o Create and implement strategies to grow the client base, focusing on both
high-value accounts and untapped markets.
o Develop customized advertising proposals and negotiate terms and contracts
with clients.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
o Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the
outdoor advertising sector.
o Provide market insights to help shape our offerings and create competitive
pricing models.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
o Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth
execution of advertising campaigns.
o Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to the
Head of Sales.
• Brand Advocacy & Networking:
o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking
meetings to establish brand presence and build business relationships.
o Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with client needs and
expectations.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience:
o Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in outdoor
advertising, media sales, or related industries.
o A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build longterm business relationships.
o Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to different
audiences.
o Good understanding of the Kenyan outdoor advertising landscape, media
trends, and key players.o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Personal Attributes:
o Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-sufficient with the ability to work
independently.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
