Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day operations of our Gavi CSO Hosting Arrangement.

The Programme Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project implementation, supporting administrative and logistics matters; and ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for the implementation of the Gavi CSO Hosting Arrangement's work plans and activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action points.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between the Gavi CSO Steering Committee, Secretariat, Gavi Secretariat, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in monitoring progress against work plans, budgets, and deliverables, and escalate issues for timely resolution.
  • Maintain the calendar of events, ensure it is updated regularly and inform stakeholders of upcoming events on time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in project coordination or management within international development, health, or working with civil society organizations.
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder partnerships and donor-funded programs is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Gavi policies, procedures, and global health governance frameworks is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage administrative and financial tasks related to program implementation.
