Job Overview

This role is focused on supporting the Human Resources function to ensure activities are carried out effectively and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all HR-related inquiries or requests from both internal and external sources.
  2. Maintain accurate digital records of employees, including personnel files and employee data.
  3. Act as a liaison between the company and benefit vendors and administrators.
  4. Prepare and issue employment contracts after thorough checks.
  5. Support performance management procedures and maintain relevant documentation.
  6. Schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR events while keeping track of agendas.
  7. Conduct orientations for new staff members and update their records accordingly.
  8. Process termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews in a professional manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of human resources.
Requirements

A minimum of years of experience as an office administrator is required.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is also required.

Proficiency in MS Office and office management software is expected.

A diploma in office administration or a relevant field is preferred.

The ideal candidate must be self-directed and able to complete projects with minimal supervision.

Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines is crucial.
