Role Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support employee relations activities and ensure effective communication
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, driving business growth and development
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
