As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data within the platform.

Data quality management is key to our success, and we are seeking a proactive and organized individual to assist in tasks such as data cleansing, deduplication, and import/export.

You will also be responsible for providing day-to-day user support, addressing inquiries, resolving general issues, and assisting with user training and onboarding to promote Salesforce adoption and proficiency.

Additionally, you will help configure fields and objects to customize our Salesforce instance and create reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational performance.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Certified Salesforce Associate required
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
  • Able to multi-task and adapt quickly
  • Fluent English speaker, writer, and reader
