About the Role

The Head of Business Development will lead and manage the sales department to achieve and exceed company sales targets. This role requires strategic thinking, effective leadership, and strong relationship-building skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, establish sales objectives, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners, engage in business development activities, and coordinate commercial operations to grow the company's revenue.
  • Draw up Sales Business Plans / GTMs, build and manage a sales team, and set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospects, collaborating with marketing and customer experience teams, and developing the sales revenue budget.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Management, Marketing, Strategic Management, or any other related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development with 5 years at the management level.
  • Existing corporate networks, especially in the financial services sector/E-commerce.
  • Experience in technology sales, nurturing partnerships, and customer-service experience.
