About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Director to lead our sales department and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and collaborating with marketing and customer experience teams to align sales efforts with product launches and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to make data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to identify and negotiate partnership agreements that expand our reach and revenue streams.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to meet individual and team goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, business management, marketing, or related fields.
  • 6+ years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development with 5 years at the management level.
  • Existing corporate networks, especially in the financial services sector/E-commerce.
  • Experience in technology sales, nurturing partnerships, and customer service.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key customers.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to influence, collaborate, deliver, and partner at senior levels.
