Business Development Manager - Public Address Systems

In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with industry stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the Public Address Systems division. Your primary objectives will be to expand market presence, lead a high-performing sales team, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, fostering partnerships that drive business growth and success.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve their targets, focusing on collaboration and performance excellence.
• Monitor market trends, optimizing sales strategies to remain competitive.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members, empowering them to grow professionally and personally.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is essential. A minimum of 3 years of experience in PA systems sales, preferably with managerial experience, is also required. Proven track records in sales growth and team management are highly valued. Additionally, knowledge of the PA systems industry and strong problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
