Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee various projects throughout the development lifecycle.

This role requires effective management of budgets, timelines, and service providers to deliver infrastructure to both Tatu City and third-party real estate developments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent organizational and time management skills, and outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact with clients.
  • Prepare scope and fee proposals for multi-discipline projects.
  • Manage and direct professional and technical staff to complete architectural and engineering projects.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/subcontractors for project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting client expectations with high quality.
  • Develop and monitor detailed project plans and schedules to track progress and identify shortfalls.
  • Manage change and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Maintain project documentation control.
  • Prepare and coordinate project meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Deliver positive financial metrics, including sold profit, billings, and collection management.
  • Receive positive client feedback and achieve contractual performance and financial milestones.
  • Oversight of projects throughout their lifecycle from identification to capture, execution, construction, and closeout.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architectural or engineering or an equivalent degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager for high-rise, residential, and commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Experience with MS Office, Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
  • Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
