About the Role

Emerge Egress Consulting is recruiting an experienced Events Planner to work with one of our valued clients in Nairobi. As an Events Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and executing events that meet the expectations of both corporate and individual clients. You must have a strong understanding of the latest trends and industry standards in event planning.

Key Accountabilities
  • Plan and manage events from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with vendors to source materials and services.
  • Develop event proposals and timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications in event planning or related fields are beneficial.
