Job Overview

Our client in Hospitality seeks an experienced Event Manager to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate should be up to date with current trends in the industry.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Events Planning: Provide end-to-end events planning services before, during, and after implementation, including logistical support.
  • Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate event subcontractors, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and organizations related to individual, corporate, and other events.
  • Contract Execution: Prepare and execute all events contracts, ensuring all agreements are met and client needs are satisfied.
  • Event Conceptualization: Source and implement various events for individual, corporate, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Communication Planning: Develop and execute full communications plans for each event, including strategy and execution.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience in corporate events and budget management.
  • Certifications: Certifications in event planning or related fields are an advantage.
