
Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of business strategies across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational development and the ability to drive cultural alignment among staff members.
- Foster a culture of excellence by promoting efficient HR service delivery across the organization.
- Spearhead strategic relations management through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business performance and growth.
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
Key Requirements:
This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in a Human Resources or Business Administration role. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is essential. Additionally, CHRP certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in organizational development and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage and lead organizational development initiatives.
