This Sales and Marketing role requires a highly motivated individual to drive business growth through lead generation, client relationship building, and strategic sales execution.

The ideal candidate will possess 1–4 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the IT sector, with a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to promote products/services effectively.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Become a trusted advisor to clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Promote products/services through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform future business decisions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven sales success in B2B and B2C environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to travel for business purposes.
