- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Monitor and maintain café equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menus, focusing on American fast food, pastries, and smoothies.
Qualifications and Skills
">- A degree or diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a café or fast-food environment, with a strong understanding of American fast food, pastries, and smoothies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Customer-focused with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in inventory management and cost control is a plus.
