About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing food and beverage operations, leading teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals, focusing on exceptional customer service, quality, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue
  • Monitor and control budgets, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and staying ahead of the competition
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, implementing changes that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including management, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene, ensuring a positive experience for customers and staff alike

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food and service management, business, culinary arts, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a 3-star/4-star facility
  • Passion for culinary trends and a deep understanding of food and beverage service
  • Proven ability to implement and maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and productivity
  • Experience in cost management, budget controls, and revenue maximization
  • Familiarity with ERP, hotel systems, and MS Office software
