About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Team Lead, you'll own the digital strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation and engagement for our property portfolio. You'll mentor a small in-house team, optimize our online presence end-to-end, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
Manage and optimize all digital platforms including the company website and social media channels to drive traffic and conversions.
Lead and manage a digital marketing team, set goals, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Analyse campaign results and adjust strategies based on data insights to ensure optimal ROI.
Collaborate with design, sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
Stay up to date with digital trends and innovations, especially in the real estate sector, to maintain a competitive edge.
Capture, manage, and organize online leads via Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Google Forms, ensuring seamless handoff to sales.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following experience requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and 1+ year leading a digital marketing team.
OR
At least 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience in the real estate industry (e.g. developer, agency, or advertising firm).

Additional Requirements:
Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Zoho, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.);
Deep understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube from both content and advertising perspectives.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills; results-driven and performance-oriented.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work cross-functionally.
