Job Summary:Koolboks Kenya is seeking a highly driven Retail Sales Manager with a strong background in the home appliancesindustry to lead and grow sales forour partner brands, including Haier, Beko, LG, Hisense, Mika, and others. Theideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail sales, distributionnetworks, and consumer purchasing behavior in the home appliances sector. Thisrole requires a proactive professional with a proven track record in salesstrategy, business development, and retail management.Key Responsibilities:Retail Sales & Business Development:● Drive Koolbuy sales across partner brands (Haier, Beko, LG, Hisense,Mika, etc.) through retail and distribution channels. ● Identify and engage potentialretail partners, distributors, and customers to expand Koolbuy's marketpresence. ● Develop and implement strategicsales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. ● Strengthen relationships withexisting retail partners to increase sales volume and brand visibility. ● Conduct competitive analysis andmarket research to identify trends and new sales opportunities. ● Coordinate with marketing teams toexecute promotional campaigns and in -store activations. Retail & Distribution Management:● Oversee retail sales performance,ensuring seamless operations across partner stores. ● Work closely with partner brandsto optimize product placement and in -store promotions. ● Ensure stock availability, propermerchandising, and effective point -of -sale execution. ● Develop training programs to equipsales teams with product knowledge and sales techniques. Customer Engagement & Support:● Enhance customer experience byensuring high -quality service across all retail touchpoints. ● Gather customer feedback andmarket insights to refine sales strategies. ● Address customer inquiries andconcerns, ensuring timely resolution. Reporting & Sales Analysis:● Track and report salesperformance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. ● Maintain accurate sales recordsand analyze key performance indicators. ● Prepare regular reports on markettrends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
