Dr Floor is a premium flooring distributor and installer based in Nairobi, Kenya. We supply
carpet tiles, woven vinyl, SPC flooring, Axminster carpets, and wall-to-wall solutions
. Our clients include
corporate offices, hotels, architects, interior designers, developers, NGOs, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions
.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
Freelance SDR / Appointment Setter
to
call decision-makers from our curated contact list, introduce Dr Floor, and secure qualified appointments or showroom visits
.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to decision-makers in corporate, hospitality, education, healthcare, NGO, and construction sectors.
  • Professionally introduce Dr Floor's solutions.
  • Qualify prospects for flooring needs/upcoming projects.
  • Book appointments or showroom visits for our Director.
  • Log all call outcomes into Google Sheets CRM.
  • Provide weekly reports on progress.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English (neutral accent, confident, and professional).
  • Experience in
    B2B calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
    .
  • Comfortable speaking with senior executives (CEOs, procurement officers, architects, developers).
  • Based in
    Kenya or East Africa
    preferred.

Compensation

  • Paid
    per confirmed appointment booked
    .
  • Valid appointment = client confirms a meeting/showroom visit, logged with contact details.
  • Weekly milestone-based payment.

Contract

  • Freelance, remote, part-time.
  • Initial
    1–2 week paid trial
    before extension.
