Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Nairobi County, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, building relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will manage marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and develop promotional materials to enhance the company's brand presence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business goals and provide exceptional client service is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Marketing expertise, including experience with Campaign Planning, Market Analysis, and Promotional Strategies
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including Social Media Marketing and SEO
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an added advantage
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
